Finding your UserID:

1. Using the link provided to you in the email from your Mortgage Express Team Member (or the Log In button in the menu above), go to the login screen. 

2. Click on the “username” link below the "Log In" button.

• You MUST know the email address associated with your account.
• In some cases, a coborrower (your spouse or partner) may have set up an account for you, so they may know what they are.
• It is possible to have a different email address in the account than was used for the email that gave you your login link. 

3. You will receive an email with your username if you have one associated with that email.
