KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

•  Managing loan pipelines to ensure timely processing and closing.

•  Utilizing the CRM system for tracking and managing leads and customer relationships. Using your customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships through campaigns within the CRM.

•  Taking customer applications and gathering documentation.

•  Attend networking events, realtor meetings, and training events with the loan officer.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

• Minimum of 2 years of recent mortgage experience.

• Licensed through the NMLS. If not currently licensed, willing to obtain a loan originator license through the NMLS.

• Experience working with Encompass loan origination software.

• Proficiency in running LP/DO/DU.

• Experience with brokering loans.

• Experience with pricing loans, calculating income, and analyzing tax returns.

• Up to date with mortgage compliance regulations at the federal and state levels.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Teams.

• Are you able to work in McMinnville, Oregon? 

• Are you able to work in an office setting at least three days per week? 

• Are you willing to undergo a criminal background check per local law/regulations? 

• Are you bilingual in English & Spanish?
