How Do I Reset My Password?


Resetting Your Password:

1. Using the link provided to you in the email from your Mortgage Express Team Member (or the Log In button in the menu above), go to the login screen. 

2. Click on the “password” link below the "Log In" button.

  • You MUST know the email address associated with your account.
  • In some cases, a coborrower (i.e. your spouse or partner) may have set up an account for you, so they may know what they are.
  • It is possible to have a different email address in the account than was used for the email that gave you your login link. 

3. After you have entered your username and the email address associated with your account, click on “Next” to see the screen below. Select the option you prefer to received a code to reset your password.

  • Remember, the phone or email address will be the one used to set up the account and may not be the same one where you received your login link.

4. After you get your code, enter it on the final screen. If you do not get it within 5 minutes, try to resend the code.
