I joined the mortgage industry in 1995 and have celebrated many career and personal successes ever since. Within my second year of mortgage lending, I was recognized in the top 10 loan officers in the company for loan volume. Furthermore, in 1998, I produced a loan volume so high that I placed 181st nationally in production for all loan officers in the United States.
My success as a Mortgage Planner depends on understanding my clients and their financial needs. I work closely with my clients to ensure that we are moving in the right direction towards achieving their dreams and goals. I have closed over 4400 transactions, and I currently manage over $1.3Billion dollars in mortgages for my clients. The goal is to stay on top of market changes as well as any financial changes to stay on track for your financial freedom. We will look at your rate and loan terms semiannually to make sure you are in the right loan program. If rates have dropped, we will refinance you and get the lower rates or use your equity to do home improvements or make future investments. I work with the best realtors in the industry and can team you up with the right people to find your dream home.
In addition to mortgage lending, I am a proud father of two kids. I have a wonderful 17-year-old daughter and 4 year old boy. I have also found a passion for acting. Not surprisingly, given the stunning beauty of the Pacific Northwest, Portland has had numerous TV shows, movies and commercials which have been locally shot. As a result, I have been blessed with the opportunity to participate in several of these projects, including: a commercial for the Oregon Lottery, TV shows Grimm, Leverage, Facebooks The Birch and roles in many feature films.
