JOB DESCRIPTION

Mortgage Express, LLC is a dynamic and growing financial institution dedicated to providing exceptional mortgage solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a licensed LOA. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the loan process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our borrowers from application to closing. Mortgage Express, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer. 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent real estate or banking experience.

  • Licensed through the NMLS. If not currently licensed, the Loan officer will pay for or reimburse for the cost of becoming licensed.

  • Experience working with the following preferred:

  • Encompass LOS.

  • Experience with Conforming, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs.

  • Expertise in running DO/DU, ordering credit, appraisals, title reports, and verifications.

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Loan starting the file and moving it through the loan process to funding

 

2. Ordering necessary conditions including but not limited to verifications, credit, appraisals, insurance binders, etc.

 

3. Gathering conditions to meet the loan approval requirements.

 

4. Working with the loan officers, loan processors, borrowers, and vendors to obtain the necessary documentation for the file.

 

5. Compensation will be based on experience and consists of a monthly base + per file bonus.
