See below for the two possible reasons you encountered this message
A. Were you trying to start a NEW Loan Application?
1. Navigate to our Home Page.
2. Click or hover over "Locations" in our menu bar and find your Loan Officer's name (see screenshot on this page)
3. Click on the "Apply Now" Button on the Loan Officer's page to log in again and start your application.
5. Reach out to your Mortgage Express Team member with any questions!
B. Were you trying to eConsent, eSign Loan Documents, or Upload Documents?
You might have also seen an error like the one on this page that reads "Your loan has already been assigned to a user account"?
1. Maybe you already have another account linked to your loan! Click here to Find your User ID!
2. Make sure you are logging in from the link in an eConsent/eDisclosure/Request email with YOUR name in the subject line.
- Sometimes when you start at that link but then reset your password, you'll need to go back to that link to login.
